Some pictures from the garden, which is showing some fantastic growth! Everything is in a blossoming stage, so we expect when we get back from vacation next week we will have a few things to harvest. We had a big party to celebrate Trevor’s 30th birthday, and so we got to show off our garden to all our friends. Quite fittingly, they gifted us in return with such lovely items as homemade soup and wine, honeycomb, cheese, and the wily little garden gnome pictured above.
An interesting little quirk of this year’s weather patterns- the robins have made a second nest and laid a second batch of eggs. The little guys will probably be big enough to fly away within the next week.
As I mentioned already, we are going on vacation this week, so probably won’t be blogging. Happy 4th of July to you all!
